Beeple Opens Digital Art Gallery in South Carolina

Digital artist Mike Winkelmann, also known as Beeple, has opened Beeple Studios, a 50,000-square-foot digital art space in Charleston, South Carolina.

Celebrating Partnership with Christie’s

The opening event for Beeple Studios took place on Saturday and was done in partnership with art auction house Christie’s. The gallery walls were lined with artwork from NFT artists Fvckrender, XCopy, Pak, Victor Duarte and Refik Anadol amongst others.

“Everydays: The First 5,000 Days” Sold For $69 Million

In March 2021, Beeple sold his most famous work “Everydays: The First 5K Days” for $69.3 million at a Christie’s auction – one of the most expensive NFTs ever sold to date.

Building a Community of Creators

Beeple opened the studio to not only showcase his own work but to build an open community of fellow creators who can share their works and collaborate on projects.
